This so called tax place took three months of me calling them over and over and leaving messages about my return, and then made excuses about picking up grand kids and being with other clients when they did answer the phone, and not knowing what the tax laws are and having to actually contact other agencies to find out, only to find out they were wrong after contacting the IRS.
We had been going to the chain tax places for years paying hundreds each time. After going back to the building we had gone to 15 years ago , I often now ask why did we ever stop. The tax guy was more than informative with year around help. We got our taxes done in a short time with great ease, and at a third the cost . This will be our tax service company for life ! Thanks Delaney's for being there for us !
