Excellent service and very friendly!!! They didn't just fix what they thought the problem with my car might be they made sure to pinpoint exactly what the problem was. Got my car fixed and back to me in a short time. Very reasonable prices as well. Locally owned and operated which is another bonus.
Had a really good experience here. I had a coupon for an oil change and fully expected them to upsell me on thing I didn't need (like air filters etc.) to pay for the coupon. But they didn't! They just told me everything looked good other than a strut leak and the technician even said that it wasn't a safety issue, just a rideability issue. Only recommendation he made was to fix them when I changed my tires. (Which he also said we're months from needing replacing). Really built my trust in them and I will surely go back. Service was friendly, prompt, and professional.
We are new to the area and needed to find a trustworthy mechanic. I searched the internet saw his webpage and liked what i saw. I started off with 2 oil changes for my cars and a brake check with no appointment. He was able to do both oil changes and check my brakes. My one car was in dire need of brakes and rotors. He was able to take care of that day and I got my car back in like 2 hours! I also got a very good price on the brakes. One month later my brakes went OUT on my older car! Scary situation. I had my car towed to Perry's Auto Repair that same day. He gave me the bad news of total brake failure. The car is 17 years old but still in good running condition and we were not ready to throw in the towel. He was able to find us a used part with a warranty! Again we got what we feel was a good price for the parts and labor. We have been very happy dealing with Kevin(the owner). He takes his time explaining the problems and how he can fix it. He is very personable. I would highly recommend Perry's Auto Repair to anyone needing a very good trustworthy mechanic.
Very horrible service, took my car into to get looked at, thought it was alternator, but wasn't at all they diagnosed and it went above me and went ahead and tightened my battery terminals, then charged me $100 just to tighten 2 bolts. Would never recommend going here, they rip you off. I didn't ask them to work on it, just tell me what was wrong with it. They went upon themselves and tightened it, then went to get it and they charged me $100 for 2 bolts tightened, I don't know any shop that's going to charge you $100 they might change you $5 or $10 but just for tightening my batttery terminals $100 I would not recommend going here they rip you off, read previous reviews they say one thing then do another.
