Being a mother a two, who works full-time, and goes to school full-time - my car is the one piece of the puzzle that can never be missing. About a month ago, my engine light came on. This was the first time I have ever experienced something like this. Without putting anyone else down, I went to a couple of other places first, and was over-quoted. I was a nervous wreck. Then, I was referred from a friend to contact Alex from Ulmer's. He was extremely kind and understanding. He took the time to provide me with different prices of parts that were needed and things that could wait. Lets just say, Alex saved me about $700 - $800. My car is now working beautifully and I will never waste my time taking my car anywhere else but to Ulmer's. Thank you Alex and staff for everything!
I always experience excellent service here. Scheduling is always convenient and they work with me to get my vehicle into service according to my schedule. The service they perform, routine maintenance or major repairs, is excellent. They don't suggest unnecessary maintenance. I will continue brining my car to Ulmer's for service.
Ulmer's Milford is truly phenomenal! After many, many poor experiences at my local dealership and a lot of money spent to Not fix my car I finally went to Ulmer's. They drove my car, diagnosed the problem and kept it until they were satisfied, then they kept it one more night so they could drive it again the next day cold just to be sure they had actually fixed it! Since then I have taken my car there many times and the service continues to be stellar. They are conscientious, courteous and dedicated. They clearly take a great deal of pride in the service they provide to their customers and they are good at what they do. I will never take my car to another shop. The service these guys provide is unbeatable! The guys in the office are really friendly and knowledgeable, and are in constant communication with me whenever I bring my vehicle in, no matter what it's for. For fair pricing, and an honest opinion, this is where I send all of my friends and family.
